I'm Usha Ramsaran, a Registered Psychotherapist. I bring a trauma-informed, holistic approach and advanced training in a range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring my work to what each person actually needs, rather than a fixed formula.
That approach is grounded in something unusual. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades in hands-on healing work, as a midwife, doula, and bodywork practitioner. That lived, embodied experience shapes everything about how I show up for my clients.
